Andrea was very kind and informative. I was however very disappointed that when I arrived my cost was $200 more than I was originally quoted and no one communicated with me beforehand to share this. I’ve been a customer for some time and have had mostly positive experiences, but in these times $200 is a lot of money.
I do not believe it’s a reflection of Andrea, being she was simply doing her job, but in the future I would hope to be contacted if the price ends being way more than initially quoted.
Chance saw me standing there and hustled over to get me going. Also, knowing I was on a tight schedule he bent over backwards to get me out in as little time as possible.
Cynthia was great and even encouraged us to look into buying a new Tundra.
The driver and work was fantastic. In the future it would be great to have more drivers since I had to wait awhile since the driver had so many pick ups in one direction. Other than that great!
Enjoyed meeting Bret and he was great. We love our Toyota Crown and we love the service department at Puyallup. And thank you for the marvelous coffee!! You are the best!
Chance is a great kid. We could see he was juggling several clients yet he gave each one undivided attention when he dealt with them (and us)
