All the services were good except that I reported that the hood of the car does not pop open. It will only pop open after I start driving down the road. I know where all the latches are, I’ve had the car for about 6 years and have had the hood opened before. It’s supposed to pop open enough for my fingers to get under the hood and then I can release the latch under the hood. I was told that it worked like it’s supposed to. I should have had them do it with me before I left, but didn’t. I went home and tried it again, with my husband, and it did not open just like I had said.
My service appointment was written up but never posted in the system so when Rebecca looked me up she found nothing she was professional and thought to look for the paper work. Finding the written order and provided me with a loaner car and my requested services. Excellent customer service, good job.
I am not happy with my car, I live on a gravel road and I am repeatedly having to come on and have rocks removed from the suspension. This is sold as an off road type vehicle and this should not be happening. I was told this is an ongoing problem with many toyotas and that there isn't a fix. That being said everyone in the service department was great and I'm very satisfied with the service department.
Poor communication with young woman @ service desk around 12 noon. She said you did not have wiper blade refills. I asked her to find out when the parts would be in stock. After a few minutes she came back and said the parts WERE in stock. Great! I said. She came back a 3rd time to tell me the last time I came in for blade replacements
The service experience was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and professional. There was only one thing that was confusing and frustrating. When we entered our SUV, the passenger seat was in the fully reclined position. We couldn’t figure out why that was done and why it was not returned to its upright position. We are still pleased with our service and will continue to bring our vehicle there. We suspect this was just an oversight by the technician and by the person who parked our car for pickup.
Charged for today's "repair" was unnecessary.
Couldn’t be happier! Nic was professional personable helpful and kind. His respect for my ancient Camry was appreciated. The loaner car he offered saved my day stranded on a Friday afternoon an hour from home.
