I did not ask to diagnose my check engine light. I I specifically asked to have the EGR system looked at. I paid $200 just to be told what I already knew. I will not return if I can't get a best case and worst case scenario for specific system without having to pay $200 to find out how much it will cost.

My tires that was checked out last week is down again
The service department is not backing up their work. After plugging a hole in the tire poorly they are claiming another puncture happen in the same exact spot two months later.The sale people tried telling me I needed to buy two brand new tires. They could not fix their faulty repair. Another tire retailer backs up the evidence that the tire repair was done incorrectly and causing the tire to fail.
I go there and they rotate the tires and they let the air out of them down to 31 on 2 of my tires and then 38 on 1 and 34 on another I keep my tires at 40 so I can haul stuff for work I do that daily and I've asked multiple times for them not to remove The air or yeah

I was being charged about $50 more then what I was told until I noticed the difference before paying. Someone also broke my cellphone mount and didn't have to decency to tell me about it.

Bad experience, felt lied too, misrepresen the facts on the scope of work, scare tactics to get me purchase the repairs didn't follow through on providing the parts I had asked them to leave on car. Honestly, I'm very, very upset. And can't believe like I felt like I got scammed. Whether you call me or not I think you need to hear about this experience !!!
