My tires weren't rotates because of a wheel lock key. I specifically bought my locking lug nuts from Toyota so that it was a key that you guys had and in the many years I have brought my car in it was never an issue. I feel that someone should have contacted me to locate my key if yours wasn't available

I witnessed the person who took my truck into the bay screwing around slamming on the gas and breaks. I also now have a small scratch down to the metal on the bottom of the driver side back door that wasn’t there before the service and is still a brand new truck. I’m disappointed because up to this point I have always been happy with my service
I have to say that Brett was an awesome service representative!! He welcomed me in this morning with a warm smile as soon as I came. He was eager to help me and truly showed that he lived his job! Very energetic and compassionate about servicing my vehicle to my liking!! He checked on me while I was awaiting my vehicle, and kept me updated. This is the 1ST TIME EVER that I APPRECIATED the service that I received here at Toyota of Puyallup! This literally was going to be the last time I came here, however, Brett did such a GREAT & Awesome job that I changed my mind!! You all need to CONGRATULATE this GUY!! These are the kind of employees you need at this time. Your service department has been going downhill from right before Covid!!
