They made assumptions without listening to me. I had a 2part problem and they fixated only on one part, Wasting a lot of time. Otherwise, Nic was very nice and helpful
Asked to have the center console lid that is loose looked at but was not therefore have to make another appointment to come back down from Enumclaw for an evaluation. Was hoping that could’ve been done at the time of service since it was there for 2 1/2 hours.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. The place was swamped but I was out of there in about an hour. With a clean vehicle. Thanks!
My car was finished and sitting outside for 30:00 minutes. I had to ask what the problem was. Seems no one was around to let me know. For all the years have been coming there that was a first. It still didn’t make me happy.

6th time in for same reason, no loaner when loaner promised. Service team thinks issue is funny, called to talk to manager and no call back, left message with service scheduler. Hood left open for 2nd rime...the list goes on and on

I have been a customer for 40 years,I think I was mislead with service. I agreed to platinum service, quoted $900 , made a appointment, had my car all day, then wanted $500 more on my original quote, I agreed to $1500, to make sure my great 4-runner would last forever, when I picked up my car my bill was $1950. That is ****, misleading, no real work done besides oil and alignment
