Izabella was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She got us in and out within an hour and told us about the children's area that our kids loved. She even gave us quotes to get our tires replaced which is super helpful to compare when we shop around.
Got tonneau cover installed, Fit and Finish could have been better.
Debris was present from what i assume was drilling for drain tubes.
Tailgate would not open without manual assistance. Tailgate had difficulty closing without manual assistance.
Latch points for cover required manual assistance to engage.
After work I loosened and adjusted mounting points and everything functions much better now. Took just 15 minutes.
I have dealt with Toyota of Puyallup for only a few years and find the service to be very good.
