I have only had my vehicle serviced at your shop. Over torquing of bolts on my skid plate stripped and dislocated the nuts. Charged for the fix of their mistakes and it was a temporary fix. I did not create this issue, I should not have to pay for it and have it fixed half-assed.
Chance hemby once again proved why he is one of the better service advisors at your Toyota store. He consistently has showed true professionalism and has answered all of our questions that we have had for our venza. I always like working with chance he's in a great job and I appreciate everything that him and his team is done for me and my wife what I recommend him to other people that I know to go to Toyota of course.

I came out on Thursday because my sensor light was on my tire I spent almost 3 hours there supposedly you guys fixed it the next day my sensor light went on again I went to discount tire and it was exact same tire that you guys supposedly fixed clearly it wasn't fixed properly I'm very unhappy
