Chance was very friendly and helpful. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service of fixing the problem in my car that morning, he advised me to come back that same day to get it taken care of. When I arrived back that day, Chance got the techs right away, no wait time, and then they completed the job and fixed the problem.

I have been a loyal Toyota customer for decades. I was surprised to learn that the app no longer recognised my account nor vehicle VIN #. I had to set up a new account. Then when I tried to contact my local dealership, I found out I need to go through a “BOT” that would relay my info to the location so they could call me back!!!!! I had tried doing this last Sunmer but I never received a call back….just as I did not receive a call back this time. I have been forced to utilize other mechanics as a result. Shame on you, Toyota!!!!!

Your average , when I had my oil changed on Monday AM, the coffee machine in the Service area was out of order so we were able to use the Show room machine.
I took the stairs inside that ends up somewhat in the middle of the Show room. There were a few sales team members on the floor, NOT ONE of them acknowledged me until I spoke to them first, NOt ONE! This is a reflection of the Business Management!
The service department was Good, parts were also OK and spoke hen I bought touch up paint..

They were supposed to check out my U joints and did not bother when I called and made the appointment. I said I need my U joints, checked and oil change. And I forgot to ask them this morning . However I should not have to when I made the appointment for such

Came in for a 6 month maintenance check up and for my dome light to be replaced because the fitment was loose and would cause the light to turn off intermittently and then it eventually came loose and fell out into the back of the overhead compartment. I was told that they couldn’t find the bulb so they were unable to fix it. They did not offer to order me a new one or any solutions like that. They told me that unless I found it, only then could they replace it. The whole appointment took 3 hours, even when I had an appointment scheduled. So after three hours, nothing was fixed. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent experience, especially appreciative of the communication and updates on the status of the car throughout the duration of the service. Will definitely be returning for any future car needs!
