I was disappointed that you did not have my recall part in stock, this recall has been known for over a year. I will now need to take another day off work to have the recall work done after the part comes in, instead you could have had the part in stock and did the work while my vehicle was in for service. Izabella seems like a great employee and this should not reflect poorly on her.

We were told we had a new car detail scheduled, it was on the paperwork but was not completed. I had a rental car and had already returned the rental car.

The repairs were done quickly, which I appreciate. I'm unsure if they were done fully though, the passenger side window sticks and shudders a bit now when it moves but it's significantly better than it was. I'm frustrated though about the sudden urgency of having to fix the window because the technician who did my oil change on 11/09 messed with the passenger window making the problem significantly worse despite me being told there was nothing they could do about it before that appointment.
Jessica was very knowledgeable and kept me well informed. Your lucky to have her.
We love Puyallup Toyota because the team there is so friendly. We like the fact that there is no pressure selling of maitance of our cars. They get us in as quick as they can and do a great job working on our cars.
