The odor is still present inside our suv. It was the number one concern we had and informed Kennedy Golden of this. We have been attempting to contact Kennedy by responding to the text . There has been no response to our concern. It's been about 10 days now. We were hoping to resolve this directly with Kennedy Golden. But nobody has gotten back to us. Please, help resolve this issue. We need to use our suv. thank you

I bought the vehicle and was told it came with three services. Today I was told that the third service was expired and I was forced to pay out of pocket. It makes no sense to sell a vehicle with services that expire considering bought it less than two years

Worst experience ever. We paid $1800 dollars to have our $60,000 dollar trd pro thrashed. To start they installed a windows that didn't match. They broke our fuse box cover and now say it can't be fixed. They charge use to fix a problom with the steering and shaking in the front end and what use to onky happen every once in a while now is 10 times worse. And they are also saying some bs ???? about it. The problem now is way worse then when we took it there. Apparently the back tires are the problem with the front end which I think is bs. They gave us back our vehicle with sap stains all over it. Nobody would communicate with me while our vehicle was down there. So hard to even get a hold of anyone. We basically paid 1800 dollars for them to thrash our car and give it back worse then when we took it there complete bs. I am so upset about it. I want my money back. It's not like we took down a old car to them but we took down our baby. A brand new TRD pro and the thrashed it and are going to give it back to use **** up worse then when we took it in. Worst shop ever.

I went in to obtain my extra key fob. I had been calling and it took nine months after purchase for me to receive it. On top of that, the new fob has no mechanical key with it meaning, among other things, that I can’t attach it to a key chain. Whenever I called about obtaining a new fob, the deficit was blamed on “ corporate” and the rep would promise to call back when a batch of keys came in. No one ever called back ( except me!), and I was then told that “corporate” was supposed to call when keys were available . This is poor customer service. If you have any mechanical keys to fit into my new fob please send me one. Enough of driving to Puyallup!
