Excellent service experience!
My visit was excellent. My only concern was a note about a possible oil pan plug replacement. If I was told as soon as you knew I’d of gone ahead and had it replaced rather than set up a complete new appointment if it leaks.
It needed to go from fuel saver setting to normal. Very simple fix. I was charged 200 before you started sign something simple. Not happy.
Very fast and the service was excellent.

Elizabeth was great. However, I had requested new windshield wipers and a new battery for my key fob. I had to take the fob to the parts depot and ask them to do that. The wipers were not replaced, so I will need to do that. When I attempted to see my screen for speed, home,info etc. It did not show any info and I had to return to have that corrected. I was very disappointed with all of this, especially since I have always had very good services previously.

Came in for a 730 appointment to change 3 tires. First in line for the left garage and checked in possibly. Vehicle was not done for about 2 hours and 20 min. The wait time is my primary complaint. But I would also like to mention 2 other things. That waiting room is freezing. Everyone's wearing jackets or sweaters including me and I was still cold. I'm a rather large guy who already runs hot so I was very surprised to be freezing. Thermostat is set to 67 and it was taking the room was at 67. Please raise it in the winter. The other thing I wanted to mention was my car was roasting when I got it back. While this was wonderful after being cold. I am curious why the car was on long enough to get hot. No test drive, miles were the same a when I brought the car in. Maybe it was just on the whole time he was changing the tires? Odd, but ok I guess. Just wanted to mention it.
