Door latch INOP (Front Passenger side) - Door latch disassembled and reassembled. Operating again - no new parts. 1-day 10/29 (1st Visit) Vehicle dropped off and picked up. Door Latch INOP for 2nd time - Latch replaced with the new. 8-days 11/8 (2nd Visit) Vehicle dropped off. 11/15 (3rd Visit) Vehicle picked up. Inside door handle INOP (Front Passenger side) - The door handle cable was left unattached by a technician. Also, one of the door panel retainers was missing the center pin, and not securely holding the panel. Requested to speak with a service manager. Spoke to Dolan and asked for better oversight. 1-day 11/19 (4th Visit) Vehicle dropped off and picked up. Door latch INOP for 3rd time - The service rep, Rebecca, stated that two new parts are needed for repair. Dolan called a few hours later and said that INOP was due to incorrectly placed electrical cables pressed against the metal rod that operates the latch. He claimed that it was probably window tint installers that did a poor job. The window tint was installed two years ago at the shop recommended by the dealer. No door panels were removed. 2-day 11/20 (5th Visit) Vehicle dropped off. 11/21 (6th Visit) Vehicle picked up. Window glass (Front Passenger side) does not move freely -

The person who brought the truck back from service...did not know how to use a clutch! He did not do well. The check in person was great.

Customer service was good. But last time in saying I need front and back brakes so had front done today. And they didn’t mention anything that backs needed done so I asked if they did like inspection while there and said back are good . So when I was in last where they trying to take advantage of me because I was a female and hoping I would do both and last time saying I need a new battery too and no mention of that this time either. They said everything looked good this time. So kinda makes me Leary on when they say something needs done.

Rich was patient and understanding of my frustrations and worry with my vehicle. He went above and beyond to try and find out the problem, and get to a solution. He kept me updated the entire time my car was in the shop. I appreciate him and the work of all the mechanics so much!

My overall experience with Toyota has not been good and the only reason why I have any respect for the company is because of my service advisor Nicolas. He has been keeping me informed throughout my experience in the service department and excellent customer service. I don’t feel I should be bringing my car in for this many issues of only having it for 2 years. If he wasn’t working there, and provided exceptional customer service, I would not have brought my car back here to be serviced.
