I called and told service manager nic is awsome he is what I expect from excellent service from service advisor.
The first girl who took me in had me upset . There is a difference when you get Someone with experience. A person like nic you can see he has pride in his work .nic cares about people and even gave his honest opinion . That guy you better never let go of him . The girl is just collecting paycheck .
Now might just be her inexperience. But she could always ask her teammates. When I go back there I will only deal with nic ! You need to clone him .
She was very friendly with great communication of what was getting worked on and what maintenance could wait. Isabella is wonderful
I was told the v cut to the front would not take more than 5 minutes yet I was charged over 200.00 for such a small job.
Outside of that Rebecca was excellent, very courteous and professional. Staff has always been great to deal with
