I'm extremely happy with Nic he lets me know exactly what is wrong with my RAV and I pick what I can afford at the time.
Was quoted three different prices, increasing each time. Once when I made the appt. The second time when I arrived and dropped off the car. Then finally a third time when it was halfway done. No matter the reason, this is unacceptable. It went from $55 to $75 to over $100.
$100 would have been fine as the first quote. The shenanigans were poor form.
I was not pleased with the amount of time that it took for the paperwork to be processed after the car was finished.
Chance was very knowledgeable and explained our service thoroughly.
I was informed that my rear brakes were down to 0, and calipers were metal on metal. I signed a waiver to get it home that day, due to the dangerous conditions they were in. When my husband took everything a part to replace the rear brakes, he discovered the calipers were not metal on metal, and didn’t need replacement as expected.
Also, the timing cover that has such a terrible leak, doesn’t seem to leak any other time than when I’m there to service my vehicle.
I understand that I’m female, and may not have the mechanical skills to be able to take care of it myself, but the scare tactics are unnecessary.
My work week has begun so, I’m unavailable for any personal phone calls until Friday. Text or email is best.

I was quoted $400 to have fog lights installed in my Toyota Tacoma at the end. They said it would be 1300. When I purchased the vehicle at this location, the sales person did not tell me it was a fleet vehicle and I could not upgrade certain things.. when I first got a quote for the light. They told me it could be done when I came back yesterday. It was not accomplished because it is a fleet vehicle which I was not told that when I asked for the quote, they just said $400. I feel that the employees have no professional background and we’re unable to give straight answers. I I am now stuck with $215 lights that I cannot return because it’s past the date if I would’ve been told at the very beginning that they couldn’t install them I would’ve saved money. I should’ve bought an Acura.
I arrived at 1:08pm and was walking out at 1:45pm I've never had my oil changed under an hour but, here I get oil change and my truck serviced under an hour...I really hope everything checked out on my list was accurate. I'm going to trust that it is????????????????
Our intermittent problem with the USB connection for cell phones failing could not be resolved, despite $650 spent on diagnosis plus parts replacements. I would think that if you have low confidence in fixing a problem, you would say that to customers before they commit to parts replacements. And if the problem cannot be fixed, I would think that the diagnostic fee would be returned.

Everyone was very professional and speedy with the maintenance on my 2024 RAV4.
Good overall, I would suggest that when someone is making an appointment to let them know the approximate time for completion…Showing up to get an oil change and key fob and find out at the time of appointment that it will be 2.5 hours seems excessive when one does not anticipate, but manageable had I known to arrange my schedule.
