Transmission plug was not put back in our truck while service was performed. Causing 33 straight days of driving to Puyallup than back to port orchard WA. 1st time with a negative response to the quality of service from Toyota of Puyallup. Just being truthful. Also brought the loner car back with a full tank of gas. 25.00 dollars.
It was the first time I didn’t have to wait forever to check-in. I appreciated the quick check-in.

I bought my vehicle at Toyota of Puyallup in 2006 and have always had it serviced there. Today I felt, for the first time, as though I was not getting good service. No one spoke to me about the servicing needs or gave me any details about my car. I paid $120 for an oil change and that is the last service I plan to have done at Toyota of Puyallup.

Jessica was great but it’s rather frustrating that our $70,000 vehicle tried to lunge into an intersection while at a stop while my wife had her foot firmly on the brake. Your service staff couldn’t recreate the situation so we just have to trust that it won’t do it again. Hi
