Elisabeth was empathetic about the "surprise" repairs discovered during the inspection. She went out of her way to get my questions answered and conferred several times with the technician. She discussed strategies with me about what services should be scheduled together and gave thorough explanations about what was needed.
Ms Carranza did a great job unfortunately the shop work was a disaster the inspection report was falsely filled out. A meeting with Laurie and Rick the next day went well. Unfortunately over the weekend a puddle of oil on my garage floor was observed. Monday morning the shop discovered the oil pan plug had not been tighten
Glad they could get my vehicle in quickly to check on a steering issue. Wish important brake parts weren’t back ordered.
