The fragrance left in the car was a bit overwhelming. I rolled down the windows and it dissipated quickly. It smelled like vaping products. I don’t feel they were vaping IN my car. Just something to keep in mind.

Andrea was very good. It’s the tech I’m frustrated with , he left my auto screen in tire oressure mode, I’ve been back to get back where it tells me how much miles per gallon I get , I’ve retire looking it up in the manual, unfortunately I’m computer crappy, so I’m waiting to hear from management on how to get my original screen back
I couldn’t believe it when I was told that the punch card benefit is no longer available

Came in for a quick service, but thanks to Ms. Tulloh, it turned into the most unexpectedly pleasant part of my week. Professional, efficient, and just the right amount of charm—hard to say if my truck or I got the better treatment. I’ll definitely be back.
It was too expensive, but I had to have it repaired what with global warming and an incompetent executive branch of government. I had hoped to get a new car, but with the excessive tariffs, which actually are taxes and the chaos in Washington DC, I can’t spend more than what is necessary. I need air conditioning.
I arrived a little early, went to the counter to let them know I was there for my appointment, within a short time my car was taken back to be serviced. It was done in about 45 minutes. I was very pleased with my service.

I did not know I would have to purchase brackets to have my front license plate installed. It just took some back and forth between your parts sales desk and Kennedy to figure it all out. I wish I could have had everything installed when I came in On 4/28 - but I have to come back again as you did not have the front plate bracket in stock. At first I was being asked to pay for it, but your sales/service staff decided to pay for it. Cool you just make sure your customers underhand that this is not included when we purchase our cars from you? I felt a bit ‘nickeled and dimed’ - but Kennedy was a good problem solver! Again - everyone was personable. Thx!
From the time the repair was completed, to the time the paperwork was completed, was approximately one hour
