Simple diagnosis as it was a manufacturer defect. When my wife came in the service department did not look at the issue bit made an appointment to fix it. After lost wages to take time off work to bring the vehicle to the service department and no contact from the service department during the day and no voice-mail left, the department was contacted for an update. Then my wife was told it's a back order part with no timline for replacement. When an appointment is made for service the service should be completed a simple look from the at the original meeting could have prevented this whole situation instead of making an appointment and loosing money in everyone's busy lives

I asked how long the service would take and was told she'd let me know in a few minutes. After an hour I went to check with her. I was concerned about needing to get home due to my husband's heart condition which I relayed to her. I don't need a call - I was just frustrated.
