It was quick and easy and the gentleman that was helping us did a great job of not pressing us to buy extra services.
I am happy with the service I got on my last visit. However, if you have s way of letting toyota know that i am not happy that they would not honor the service bulletin about adding an auxiliary fan to my truck because I live in washington. I plan on traveling with my trailer to areas that are 100 degrees plus. I hope that my truck is not one of them that will over heat because it doesn't have that fan. I am very disappointed with toyota on this and want them to know. Thanks
Do not agree with answer on my rotors my truck has been driven 12 thousand miles and there is no way the rotors should be warped the truck has never been off road and only driven back and forth to work no hard braking or rough driving …..do not feel that I am the cause of the problem I believe they were faulty when they were put on the truck… I am not a satisfied customer
