From the time I walked in the door friendly and fast service like the parts department is right there I also picked up some mud guards for my Tacoma, overall I just like dealing with Toyota of Puyallup for all my vehicle needs

Every single time I have a service done... I ask questions back in the text message which clearly states if you have one ask...... never have I had a response. My wife works there and I feel it's bogus you even send out customer texts for questions

The mechanics are having a problem with fixing my car and I understand since it’s new in the market but Stephen did everything to make sure I left that place happy and satisfied despite exiting for almost 5 hours.

Rick was great, and very helpful. The ture pressures were significantly different than the report shows though, so I'm wondering if they were checked. My car is still making the brake noise I discussed, so not sure if that should be a concern. I don't want the brakes to wear unevenly.

I girl that helped me check had a hard time. She told me it would be done in an hr, but no more than 1/12 hrs. After 2 1/2 hrs I got up and asked a different girl when it would be ready? She looked and said it was finished a while ago. NO ONe gave me info on its condition, wear and tear on tires, brakes snything???? Thanks for not changing me anything but really??? Service was none existent!

kaylee was great but I was shocked that your routine service that used to cost less than sixty dollars had gone up to over a hundred! I would’ve understood the cost going up but double, come on! we have bought four or five cars from you but I will be cost checking before I come back.

Waited 2 hours and then the service advisor told me they had misplaced the paperwork and service had not even started. I had to wait another 45 minutes. An oil change and service should not be this long or this terrible of an experience.
