After my audi was messed up during the oil change. The manager was responsive about getting the issue fixed and putting me in a rental to use in the mean time.

I very much appreciate everyone at the dealership. The fact that I was loaned a truck while mine was there was really helpful and great. Over the past couple of weeks there was steady miscommunication about the status of my vehicle that was a bit frustrating. Some of the miscommunication was due to the insurance claim and such. Either way, Toyota of Puyallup does a great job, Rebecca was great to work with. There was just a few bumps in the road.
Victor initially help me with my unusual issue with my car. He answered my questions. I eventually had to deal with Trevor because the issue won’t show up in their diagnosis. I believe because my vehicle was not a Toyota. Victor and Trevor communicated with Acura and the problem that showed is a low voltage battery. I believe the Toyota service department went out of their way to solve my vehicle issue. Time will tell if original issue is fixed properly.
Toyota of Puyallup always has great service. They were very busy and still got me in on a cancellation. They also stayed on time with their estimate of how long it would take.
My wait time was a little too long considering there wasn’t additional needs on the vehicle.

Nic was great and kept me in the loop while the shop was trying to figure out an issue with my battery. He always does a great job!

Easy in and out oil change service. Would prefer the printed copy of inspection. It’s easier to save view and save for records.
Richard was very friendly, prompt service, and recognized me when I returned to pick up my vehicle. The man who greeted me upon arrival was superb as well. Not sure of his name… Vince maybe???
Victor’s way of handling was great. He was able to discuss with me regarding the engine concern of my Camry. He also mentioned what should be done immediately to avoid further problems. He is not pushy type that just to convince us to avail any services. I’d definitely inform Victor when I would avail the preventive maintenance he recommend.
