My visit was not the best. I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change even after making an appointment two weeks early and being 5 minutes before my appointment. was not pleased.
Meghan is professional, courteous, listens carefully and operates efficiently. I was entirely satisfied with the assistance she provided, and the shuttle on Saturday. My wife is chronically ill, so we rely heavily on me being able to handle things outside the home on my own. It was wonderful to have the courtesy shuttle. Tony, who shuttled me home on Friday was also great as was the young man who picked me up on Saturday. And my wipers work again! Thank you!
Made an appointment, express service, over 2 hour wait. Did not get the multipoint check list, tires were low when I arrived home, had to top them off my self. Really can't trust that my service was done correctly. Not satisfied with the service at all.
Going to have my truck checked out this week to make sure there was nothing missed.
The lady at the counter was fine and I had no problem with her. What I had a problem with was having to wait so long to check in. There were four of us waiting and the two people at the total care counter were busy. The other side had no one but the clerks there just sat and talked instead of bringing customers over to help them. That was rude. Finally a man came out to help.
Also my concerns about my car were not addressed. I was told they did a ‘visual inspection’. That was a waste. I had already visually inspected and told them my car wipers weren’t working correctly. I was told I needed to make a second appointment. Why didn’t it all get taken care at once.
Now that my total care is over I will look for a different place to get my car serviced. My car only has 11,000 miles on it for the two years I’ve owned it. I don’t drive like the typical driver so I feel my concerns were not taken seriously the last two times I’ve come in.

The compressor was not tightened so the belt squeaked very loud on my way home. When I got home I had to tighten the tensioners and the squeaking stopped. Overlooked by the tech I suppose. Otherwise Nic was awesome and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would still recommend your service dept.

I had an oil appointment at 10:30 that I scheduled almost 2 weeks ago. I checked in at 10:15, by 12 o’clock, My vehicle had still not been taken into the garage. I asked a staff member to see if they had an estimate of when my vehicle would be worked on, and while I was talking to them, my vehicle is taken in to the garage, so I proceeded with the service; however, I was about to leave prior to the service being initiated.
Service was done by about 12:35. This was just an oil change that was scheduled. after getting my paperwork, I went to my vehicle which was locked, so I had to go back inside to get my key (which they had not given me), checkout person couldn’t help me so made me go search some one down and I was finally able to leave. It was 1245 by the time I left.
Many customers were upset, justifiably so, and staff didn’t seem to care that they were dropping the ball left and right.
One customer left, only to be called saying they forgot to give her her card back, so she had to return and was already running late due to the slow service time. Many of us were told 90 minutes, and our cars hadn’t even been moved to the garage by the 90 minute mark. I think for scheduled oil changes it’s ridiculous to wait 2 hrs, we schedule them for a reason.
I also think $110 for an oil change is crazy. This is a new vehicle for my family and I wanted the inspection too, that’s the only reason I brought it to the dealership. Luckily it is in good shape. I will be completing oil changes myself in the future and will go elsewhere for other needs.
