Always happy to share the vehicle for maintenance and service department. Which I like to see the smile on their faces when they see the rig all done up for overlanding. I laughed when the gentleman mention he felt like he was in the jurassic Park when he drove my rig.
Was disappointed that Jimmy or any of your staff was unable to duplicate the problem I was experiencing. When I went out to leave, there the problem was and it was is still present. Got a question: if you couldn't find/fix the problem, and I certainly was unable to fix it, what do I do about this problem?7

I was greeted quickly and with a smile. I was told it could take up to 1 1/2 hours. My car was ready in less than an hour. (Loved the coffee and cookies.) I was given a full explanation about my cars and sent home with a smile. I love my Toyota service team!

I’ve always been happy with the service department, but this is Shawn, which the vehicle is registered to, not Patty. During my initial call to setup the 30K appointment. It took quite awhile to get it scheduled because your new system apparently lost a-lot of your customer data during the migration and one customer who has leased/purchased five vehicles through Toyota of Puyallup, couldn’t find my history and that’s concerning. Thought that would have been resolved by now.
Rick was absolutely fantastic. Answered my questions regarding my maintenance plan and made sure I wasn't overcharged. Super friendly too!
First, I stood at Service Desk area for 15 minutes before I was checked in ( Nic noticed I had been waiting awhile & stepped up to take care of me. ( I am handicapped.) Second I left dealership and was on the road whrn I noticed my Dashboard was not as it had been when I drove in- it was in kilometers ( I know how to change that) but SETTINGS Push snd Hold was on & I did not know what exactly to push so I had to return to dealership to have that changed back to “ normal”. Plus I am used to dealer giving me check pages showing Battery & note about that, measuring tire tread & noting that, showing that fluid was put in my windshield wiper solution container. Last tome I got a coupon for Brown Bear Car Wash. This time nothing. So no, service left a lot to be desired.
