Richard was very pleasant. When I realized I didn’t get my car wash coupon or rebate the following day, Richard offered to mail them.
I didn’t get the new sticker that shows that the service was done
One of my wells on the passenger side the cap that cover the well was not installed correctly that I lost the cap of the well on my way home.
I waited almost 3 1/2 hours for my scheduled oil change. Then I was billed for the service until I reminded them I have feel oil changes for 3 or 4 years.

3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Dropped off 1115 for 1130 appointment. Got my truck back at 230 after I asked for the keys because truck was done and pulled around 45 mins earlier. Maybe next time we can try for 4 hours or longer.
For the first time, the tires were set to the correct psi. Kudos. And I received a car wash coupon instead of the usual excuse "we don't have anybody to wash cars so no car wash."
It appears to me that there might be a new service manager who is behind these improvements. More kudos.
Dainka was very professional and friendly from the moment I stepped in. She was very good on performing her job. She kept me informed from start till I got my truck back. Puyallup Toyota should be very proud to have her on their Team. Thank You Dainka.

On the form it says tire rotation was completed my left tire the hub plate is off, if rotation was done how come the left tire without the hubplate is stil on the left side? Unless you tell me they took off the hub plates too…and rotated them too…???????????

So I am super concerned about my visit, Nightmare with Toyota of Puyallup. The service that was supposed to take 45 to 60 minutes took 2:15 minutes. But that is nothing compared to the issue that happened after I left. The so called tech improperly installed the oil filter and the truck ran out of oil within ten miles. I checked the oil level and it was not on the dipstick but was then lied to and was told that it was half full. Now my motor is making a strange noise. They tried to make it look like it was nothing but now there is an issue with my truck. They made a note on the service papers so there is record of the incident. SO No I am VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!
I had an appointment for an oil change after 2 hr and 45 mins I was unable to get help because no one was work the desks, so I could find out where my car was. When I finally got it back it smelled horribly of oil inside and the vehicle wouldn't stop dinging and interior lights flashing and a warning for key being detected. Oddly last time I had it in they told me my brakes were close to needing replacement this time they were perfect. Place is sketchy, makes you wonder if they are even doing their jobs.
