Brittany never told me that my vehicle was ready I saw it in the parking lot and what up to the cashier to get my paperwork. The text that normally comes shortly after my car arrives did not come until 11and got there at 920. I have been coming to this dealership for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I chose this dealership because I can make an appointment for my oil change. I can go to other dealership without appointment and be out in less 2 hours. If it continues being 2 hour wait with an appointment I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was waiting in the waiting room and saw my car parked out front. I waited about 30 mins then went and asked if it was ready and they said oh yes. My paperwork and keys were just sitting there forgotten about. She said they tried calling me. They didn’t. Also I asked for a car wash that didn’t happen.
I depend on my very dependable Toyota for work, but a clutch replacement takes 6 weeks?! I need parts faster.

Everything was great, but they offered to wash my car and they forgot. Probably just a genuine miss so no big deal. I also asked about buying a service package and they all said they didn’t know anything about what it cost and I expected I would have a sales person come talk to me while I waited but it was almost like they didn’t care about selling packages. I wanted to buy something you didn’t want to sell, totally fine but will look at other options now.

Dealing with Nick was a pleasure. Nic was very helpful, he was easy to work with and seemed very genuine when it came to making my experience comfortable. On the other hand, four heavy duty carabiners were taken from my center console. I always remove personal items from my vehicles when I go to a mechanic, I didn't think this would be necessary at all because I was dealing with a dealership and not a low life grease monkey. Oh well, live and learn.
