When I asked questions, Haylee gave me vague responses. I ended up purchasing an oil change when it wasn’t necessary while having Toyota Care. Then later had to speak with other employees to boil down the problem.
I appreciated the second person setting things straight.

The only thing I didn’t receive was the paper showing the checklist or results of the inspection of the truck. I called and the lady said s link would be texted, never saw it. No big deal. Happy with the service.

It took over 2 hours for an oil change. You dont wash and vacuum anymore but still was $120.
