Thanks for getting me in early. My windshield wipers were stopping and I made an appointment to get them fixed but the week before the appointment I was on the freeway and they stopped and you were full and gave me a rental. I appreciate this so much
The service advisor was fine. I'm starting to wonder about the quality/integrity of the actual service though. I was told that I needed to replace my engine air filter when in fact I had just replaced it about 1000 miles earlier. After pointing this out the advisor had the mechanic recheck it. He came back and said that there was a little debris in it, but it didn't need to be replaced. This is not the first time I have encountered inconsistencies when getting my oil changed. I was also disappointed by not getting a printed copy of the inspection results. You use to provide that in the past.
Everyone was beyond friendly but I was hoping to atleast get a complimentary car wash after a recall and spending $400. Any other dealer would have provided that. Thankyou

She said will be done by noon but it was not done till 12:20. We were there 10:10 and simple 10,0000 check took that long. WShe should have let us know at 12:00 why the service was delayed. Only got car check and oil change and took 2 hour and 10 mins. Who wants to come back for service.
General service consultant did not tell me if the part was covered or not under the warranty and tried to charge me for a diagnosis of 110 dollars in which she later regretted and waived after admitting her mistake.
