Great friendly people and service goes along way
It was ready before excepted.
Well at first I Was quoted wrong price second no one called when it was done, which was over an hour before I called. Then I asked to be washed 2 times and never happened. Got home popped the hood and intake clamp to air cleaner was not tight, it's like WOF, so not that satisfied.
Felt much safer once my tires were checked. Rebecca was very pleasant & helpful.
The dealership ****. Would not work on my car saying there is to many aftermarket parts and they didnt want to help get it started. Changed out my mass air flow sensor when that was brand new and not the issue and did not put mine back in. I got my car back with 4 other codes then when it went in. I paid for a duognitics test and they did not even run a full test on it
Haylee was very nice and for once things were super fast.
It took just under 3 hours !! It took 15 or days to get appointment !!
And 3 hours to get your oil change. Awful customer service

When Kayleigh called this morning asking if we wanted the power steering flushed and the cabin coolant system exchanged, I said yes and asked that the car be washed before we were notified to pick it up. She informed me the wash bay was frozen but if it was thawed by then she would ask to have this done. When I was texted the car was finished I tried calling 3 times to ask to have it washed. It was after 11 a.m. and the sun was shining brightly. No one answered my calls. When my husband went to pick up the car, it was not washed. The customer service rep said no one was available that "Everyone is at lunch. He did offer a voucher for an outside car wash. This would have been a trip to an out of our way to have this done. Why does everyone in a department go to lunch at the same time? Did Kayleigh even pass our request on? Poor service when paying over $400.
I asked to have the tire inflation malfunction error looked at and fixed but it was not done. There’s still an error code on my dash screen.
The service tech didn’t find out what was wrong with the multi media screen and still having issues with it.

Good service. Quick work done on our car. All our questions were answered and our car problems were fixed.
Rebecca did an excellent job as did everyone else that we have dealt with at Toyota of Puyallup. We have been loyal customers for over thirty years buying only Toyota cars and trucks from your agency. The service department is extremely customer oriented, and does top notch work.
