Kaleigh was awesome to say the least . She made me feel like the dealership was ready for my business. The last time I was there last year I felt treated like no one wanted my business-more of an intruder than a customer who deserved good service. I appreciated that after standing for a few minutes in front of Express service before I was told (younger girl, borderline curt, definitely not as nice as Meghan) that they couldn't help me because my vehicle is "high mileage" which made me feel kind of like I was less than.

The staff, Including Stephan Hull were exceptional. They answered my many questions and made my otherwise stressful visit as good as they possibly could. Unfortunately, the necessary part is not in stock and will take some time to arrive. I have recently ended my rental agreement, as I am moving out of state. My vehicle is in no condition to travel without the aforementioned part and I am stuck with a loaded trailer until the part arrives and is installed. I have asked Stephen to order the part and inform me of its arrival. I will be making arrangements to have my vehicle delivered in the coming days as to expedite the repair. Meghan was so helpful. She is so bright and helpful. I am still having issues with inputting addresses into the GPS.
It will let me put in some addresses but not all of them
When I picked up my car, it hadn't been washed. The cashier tried to tell me I couldn't add a coupon at checkout = check in told me to give it to the cashier. My tire pressure sensors are broken after Toyota 'adjusted' my tire pressure. This is causing the car to alert that the tires are flat.
