Nic has always done an exceptional job listening to our concerns with our car, documenting our concerns, and making sure we are satisfied with the work that has been done. We have gone through Nic on multiple times the last few years and have appreciated his accurate estimates on the work to be done, and have never been surprised by a bill that exceeds the estimate. Toyota is fortunate to have Nic, and so are we.????
It was quick service and there was a lovely cookie treat while I waited in the lobby area.
Refusing to rotate my tires due to swollen lugs nuts. I have went to Les Schwab tires twice now and they do see that is happening but not to an extent that the lugs cannot be removed and tires rotated. Maybe Toyota doesn’t want to take on the liability. Also don’t appreciate coming in for my routine service visit and getting $2,000 worth of extra things offered.?maybe prioritize the important items and clarify some of the items and what it consists of and why it’s resommended.
Reception was excellent and the service Dept was good although I had to go back and ask again why the vehicle was indicating that it needed maintenance literally 5 minutes after service. It was reset though. I think they should be more thorough. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be back again.
Just getting too expensive and no longer vacuuming or washing car anymore. Will be my last time at Toyota. Will just do oil change myself. I can do it for about $40. I would pay maybe $75 or $80 with the wash and vacuum. $110 is just not worth it to me.

I was never told that my 4Runner needs oil changes every 10k miles, so why does the sticker say it’s due at the 5K mark? So it had the tires rotated and a vehicle inspection instead of the 5k oil change. So if that’s the case why did they leave the sticker on my 4Runner with a past due oil change mileage??? And I was specifically asked if I wanted my 4Runner washed and I said yes, why not I’m not getting the oil changed. Well that wasn’t done either. It took the same amount of time for your service department to do a simple tire rotation and vehicle inspection as it would an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection?

I also have the Toyota app. How do you integrate the service taken up to be updated in the app. I am ya I g to manually update.
Why didn’t someone go over my unexpected final bill of repairs, every one left except to pay the bill ? I came in for service only , then was told my rear brakes were bad then was told you couldn’t turn my rotors so next is buy new and wait for repairs etc. 1 pm to 5:30 ish pm no worries but would like to have had a serious overview before I left that’s all . I bought this truck here and have had everything always serviced here .
