I waited longer than I should, after more than 1 hour the lady called my name, showed me a paper with the recommendations, I declined the service on the same day and I told her I would call to schedule an appointment another day, she said ok I’ll be right back with a written estimate and invoice to pay. I waited a long time, I saw my car outside and nobody called my name, nothing after more than 2 hours from my initial appointment time I ask the cashier she didn’t know anything about it, I asked the other people and nobody could find the papers, key etc. I spelled my name again and again, told them the car model and year, told them my car was outside, and it was 2 hours past my appointment time and that I needed to pick up my son, finally a guy found the paper, and gave me my key. I paid and left but not satisfied to have waited that long for no reason and be stressed about getting my car back.
In the past, when in for 5000 mile service, during inspection, I would get a text with inspection results. If anything was noted you would give me the option to say yes or no. If yes you would do it. But this time you told me a couple things but are too busy to do it. We need to reschedule.
You must think I have plenty of time to stop by. We are always busy and go out of our way to get Toyota service.
You guys are very busy and are not able to offer the great customer service as in the past. You too have fallen into the pit of not enough time for customer service.
That may be enough for some but not me. I appreciate great customer service.
Everything went fantastic
Haylee was so great! Super friendly and made the process seamless. The whole experience from start to finish was great and the atmosphere felt like everyone truly enjoyed working there. That’s a rare find! Recently switched from Toyota of Tacoma to Puyallup and very happy we decided to do so.
My service was great and fast, however, my window was left down during my complimentary car wash so I came back to a wet interior. :(

I asked for a car wash and it didn't happen.
With an appointment the wait for a basic oil change was 1.5 hours. If you wanted a free wash it was an extra 15 to 30 minutes. Two hours!

I always bring all my Toyota vehicles in your shop for change oil or any repairs and I’m happy about the comment and recommendations of your mechanic about my vehicle but today I didn’t see a multipoint inspection form attached to my customer copy . My husband is always looking for that form to see what you guys been done on my car . I’m not happy with your service today even though you guys told me that my car might be leaking oil and need to seal or what ever , can’t wait too long due to my work .
