Our service rep: Meghan, was excellent. Unfortunately, the mechanics working on our vehicle did not replace the radiator hose correctly and we had a coolant leak. The car had to be returned to Toyota of Puyallup to be properly repaired.

Quote changed from original $1400 to $1600, then final price without tax was $2000. When I complained it went down to $1572? Not the original $1400. Your Service Department is a Ripoff, scam. Then further insult, my car was left outside under a fir tree and was not washed, has pollen and fir needles all over.

Everything was great however the employee who made my appointment over the phone did not save it in the system so when I arrived at 0730 for my appointment, I wasn’t on the schedule. I was still able to get my LOF done and ended up getting new brakes too. Also, more choices for a loaner vehicle would’ve been nice.
