We have always found your employees very friendly and competent. Thank you. This car will be our last.We think that driving past the age of 90 should not be permitted as we believe it is not in Texas. We know it will be hard but we do not want to be responsible for an accident that could injure or possibly kill somebody. It was one of the best experiences there in the last 2 years. Mr. Janoski's customer service was excellent. He listened and made certain what I asked for was completed. That hasn't happened in a very long time, to the point my husband refuses to bring my vehicle there. I am happy good customer service has returned.

Need more information about this wrap on my truck
So, a couple of things; It is my wife’s car so when she took it in she had already had some of the filters changed prior to the appointment, so the associate told her it would be less expensive than the quoted price, but he could not tell her the new price. So when my wife when to pick up her car, it was the original price, without the deduction of the filters. My wife also brought in a coupon for 15% off that we got in the mail. After some checking, you finally took off $30, and we were so frustrated that we just left, as it was later than we were told. When we got home and looked at the receipt, we realized we paid the exact price we were quoted in the first place, so after we did the math, using the receipt, we realized we paid $20.00 over. And to top it off, we felt uncomfortable waiting in the lobby just for our car to brought up front, because of a lady there with her dog in the waiting room! We love animals, we love dogs, we love our dog! But we do not bring him into places where dogs are not allowed! Some people are scared of dogs, some are allergic, and this dog did not seem to be a service animal. We first started coming to Toyota of Puyallup probably about 20 years ago, we’ve bought at least 4 vehicles, and have had them all serviced by you. We keep coming back because we have trust Toyota. But maybe we need to go to another place for our service.
