As I pulled out of the service department on Friday something under the car immediately bumped under the car. I drove around the block and every bump in the road caused a metal thump under the car. I took it back and told them what was going on. They put it back on the lift and “removed the rock”. Considering the sound the said “Rock” was making AND that it’s a PAVED parking lot, there is simply NO WAY it was a rock. The “rock would have been the size of a softball! It had to have been a tool left behind. Everyone was super nice about it and was quick to fix the situation. What upsets me was the lack of responsibility of simply saying, “oops. Our mistake.” In this world of complete upside down, why is it so hard to be honest?
I requested the 30,000 mile service but the technicians only did a basic 5,000 mile service.

I had a 7:45 appointment and wasn’t out until close to 9:45. Watched my car sit in a parking space for over 30 minutes.
Becca was incredibly friendly, informative, and patient during my interactions with her; she went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and made me feel like I didn’t have to do anything with my vehicle that I didn’t have to do. I appreciate her flexibility with my financial and scheduling needs and look forward to more visits with the best customer service rep I’ve met in a very long time!
A wash was not offered, and the maintenance light wasn't reset. I reset it myself but I shouldn't have to after waiting an hour for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
The service department was great to work with and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate the 2 techs that changed out my front marker lights that I supplied. Can you give them a huge thank you I couldn't of done them myself. My hands are to big to fit in the small space (LOL)
