Rick was quite friendly. Rather than waiting to be served, he hopped right in and took me to a small desk where he completed the paperwork for my oil change in a small iPad. He answered all of my questions and I was kept advised of the progress on my car. I love Toyota of Puyallup. Even though I bought my Highlander elsewhere, it has always been a pleasure for me to come back to Toyota of Puyallup for great friendly service that I can trust since 2010.
Tire pressure light still on, paperwork said everything was fine so not sure what data was being looked at. We had to go fill air ourselves.
