I had to return because my wheel lock was not returned. Once I checked I noticed my spare tire kit was open and across my cargo area. I didn’t think to check prior to my oil change being done. But it is frustrating to have to return and have my gear not put back.

Everyone was nice, but that last time I was there the rep confirmed I had one more service under my warranty. And that someone would go over options if I was interested in a service package at the next visit. Then this time I went in thinking is was a covered service the new rep said I was out of pocket and cost was 99.95. then mentioned that I used up my service at the last time I was in? I was confused. So service on my vehicle was fast like faster then I ever had there. Which made me think they didn't do what they normally do to my vehicle. Got my vehicle back and it wasn't washed and was told no vouchers for car wash any more? Got home to notice my ppwk had n/c in every column but I still paided $115 for what, friendly smiles?? Not happy about this visit at all

It took over 2 hours to complete a regular oil change service. We have been using Toyota of Puyallup for over 10 years to maintain our vehicles and almost every time the service is complete in less than 1 hour. We were not offered a complimentary 50% coupon for our next service, which had been a past practice from your dealership
