I have an unresolved issue with the console, the Zurich shield, and my new van being returned dirty and with sap on it. I have been told twice that someone will call me back and have not heard anything.
This oil change took longer to complete. This oil change took 2 hrs to change. My last oil change 105 min.
Aaron was awesome. He went out of his way to fit me in for an oil change before my trip to Cali Monday. He treated me with great respect and even thank me for my Military Service. My truck was ready in an hour and he explained everything that was done and saw me out. Thank You Aaron for the excellent service and Puyallup Toyota should be very proud to have him on their team.

Nice was great. I have owned my vehicle for two weeks. It had a little more than 500 miles when I brought it in and was very upset that the wipers quit working. I wasn't a very pleasant person to deal with to put it mildly and Nic was very patient and tolerant towards me. I really appreciate the way he took care of me. He's a star !!!
