I am confused. I took my 2017 Camry in for radiator flush as requested by my manual
Book says 60,000
I did it at 50,000
Not sure what the manufacturer had to do with that
Excellent service but price a bit high for just an oil/filter change. Maybe you could offer occasional coupon specials. No car wash offered this time around. Car wash broken again? Not a real big issue but nice to have a clean shiny car after having it serviced. I’ve been doing business with you for over 25 years now, have bought multiple new cars from you. Maybe a customer loyalty program in the future. You have a good business and I’ll continue to bring my business to you.

Jessica was great. The only part I am not satisfied with is the reception process up until Jessica helped me. Jessica was busy with another customer when I walked in. 2 other associates were at stations and I stood there in front of them both waiting. One was fixing her hair, looking past me in the reflection behind me. The other was talking to her and also looking at his computer. Another customer walked in front of me and spoke with the associate on the computer and was immediately helped. Jessica did however notice me waiting and helped me as soon as she was done with her customer. Thank you, Jessica.

I have always had good service until this last visit. Had routine maintenance. Turned out I needed front break pads. Agreed and was told should be done around 5pm. I waited until almost 6pm and finally asked. My car was complete around 5 but no one brought the paperwork where it needed be. When they found the keys no apology or acknowledgment for the confusion or explanation of what was done was given. Even the person that took my payment was rude. Disappointing to say the least.
Nobody responded to the text I sent asking for an update. In addition I had to call to find out the car was already completed.

You're still not washing the cars. There's no excuse for that. We paid a lot of money for both the car, and the service. We were told you would do that. Keep your word.
