My appointment was at 3:30 for an oil change. I was told it would be ready at 5. It was not ready until after you were closed. My car finally came out at 6:35. I waited for over 3 hours.
Need to towel dry outside mirrors.

Aaron went above and beyond with his customer service, and handling of the circumstances. Jeff the sales manager, after being made aware of the situation acted immediately and promptly to make things right. Overall I’m pleased and impressed with the outcome and my experience with Toyota. I now feel like I am driving the vehicle that I purchased.

Had a scheduled appointment for 0945 got there early think I checked in at 0930ish was told that it would take about 1 1/2 due to being short handed. Was ok but it took 2 hours why make appointments for certain times if it going to take so long. Not very impressed with service
My only request is that you return the headlights back to the “on” position and if the owner has auto headlights enabled, ensure that setting is also enabled when service is completed.
