My Prius headlights were out, but the maintainence staff was overloaded. Rick said he could get it done, but it would take a long time. I did not want to come back as I am 90, so I waited. I was really glad to have them replaced even though I waited 3 hours. I had a great time talking to others while I waited and would not have wanted to have missed this opportunity. Getting to know others is always a pleasure. Thank you for this experience, and thank you Rick for getting it done. Jack B

When we arrived for our 12:45 appointment, we were told that we were not scheduled for any appointment. I called on May1st, wrote it on my calendar, checked my phone(showed I place a call to you on the 1st) They did fit us in, which we were grateful for, but it may have made for a longer wait for us. Everyone was very pleasant

Dollen was attentive answered my questions and was much better than the person who took my phone call having to switch an appointment when my daughter was only home for a week before starting summer school in Canada. I was scheduled for a 15000 mile service and explained that l wanted a service to fully look at her car while she was home. The phone person still had us in the express line but Dollen found a cancellation and got us in.
