The time prior to this service I dropped it off for an appointment I made weeks prior. Then they somehow didn’t notice the appointment and I had to wait several hours after when it would have been down. Today the service writer had difficulty finding my appointment. Then I had to call to find out it was done.
The service seem to have gone OK I had no issues thank you for your promptness Jimmy Allen was my service Advisor he did a great job in letting me know all that was done in the service that I obtained I really appreciate it that ,thank you

Overall it was great so I was satisfied. I did ask for a car wash and that didn’t happen. In the future I would like a car wash with the oil change and service. Thank you!
I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 am. While I was there checking in I learned there was a possible recall with my vehicle , and agreed to have that checked out while it was there as I was dropping my vehicle off. Noon rolled around and I still had not received any updates on my vehicle . I called to get a status and the gentleman who answered the phone couldn’t find the paperwork or give me any updates and said “it should be done soon”. Finally 2 hours later I got a text message reply telling me my vehicle was ready. I was also never offered a car wash, as I heard others around me being offered. I believe the customer service I received was very poor due to the lack of communication and the extremely long delay that my vehicle was there. Dropping off means I’m just not waiting there in the lobby, it doesn’t mean I have all day to leave my vehicle there and then pick it up in rush hour traffic when it’s ready 8 hours later, when it was there for a basic oil change (that I had an appointment for) and a simple diagnostic test .
Everyone was very professional. The service was completed the service in less time than they had for me.

I was waiting for almost 5 hours to get 4 tires changed. That’s absolutely insane! I was told the wait was only 2 hours. Customer service was decent at best. Very unsatisfied.
The gentleman who helped me check out corrected several problems that had been overlooked. I’m seriously considering moving my service work to another dealer. The only reason I’m a maybe is because of the last person i dealt with.

Blamed me for the rust on the hitch. Told me not to park the car outside. Told me that we hitched the SUV even though we don’t own anything to hitch! I can’t believe this is how Toyota is with customer service!
