I didn't receive the report of the services performed and I think it was as much my fault as the representative's. I think she handed me the incorrect receipt to sign. I am still happy with the service, I just wanted to see the summary.
You did not have the parts to do the recall even thought the online reservation system automatically added the recall to the service. This cost me the time and trouble to remove my canopy twice as well as make two trips for service. No complaints about my service advisor, just about the system not being implemented well.

Your car wash station has been “out of order” as long as I can remember. When I purchased my car from you, this was part of my service package. This is unacceptable
Gentlemen messed up and added on an oil change when I specifically told him no oil change just the 5,000 mile inspection. I would very surprised when he said it was his mistake and eliminated the charge. He showed a lot of integrity by owning up to his mistake. Promote ahead of peers.
The person who checked us in put the service number on the wrong vehicle. We returned from a walk 40 minutes later and our vehicle was still sitting where we had gotten out of it. We had to track someone down to ask why. They finally serviced our vehicle but left the plastic seat covering and floor covering in the vehicle. Very disappointed with Toyota of Puyallup. They used to be a very reputable dealer. Not anymore.
I called to schedule an oil change..
I get there and they tell me I have 5,000 more miles to go.
Why did nobody catch that when I called?
This is very frustrating.
This is the second time this has happened.
Instead they multi point system check, which could have been done when I go 5,000 more miles.
It was a waste of my time to come in today.
There needs to be some better employee training.
I am pleased with the customer service that I receive at your business.
