For some reason the technician disengaged my collision system and now I have to return to the dealer to have it fixed. Please explain why a technician would disengage a safety feature of a car and not return it back to on before allowing the car to leave the dealership. Most people rely on those features as a second defense. And again, more time off work to fix a problem that wasn’t a problem. Absolutely horrible service.

All was well with the service experience except for the estimate for cabin and under hood filters that need to be replaced. The estimate for each filter was over $100 !! These are filters that cost $15-$30 anywhere else.
Is this Toyota’s way of getting back at customers for 2 years of no cost lube/oil/tire rotation ? Very disappointed that Toyota would take advantage and extort customers by charging them excessive and outrageous prices.
