I replied “ Y. to a friendly reminder for an oil change. It took me 4 hours to wait because I missed registering in the counter. They should have at least called me or check in the service area if I made it at the designated time if I made it or not. I honestly thought that I was in the other car service of my other car where the representative ask you to put the key on the dashboard when arrived in the service area and everything is taken cared of And I don’t need to go to the counter to register and once done , that will be the time to go to the counter to pay. I felt no consideration/ value of a good and loyal Toyota owner. Hope the Toyota of Puyallup will be reminded about there core mission of customer first. I cancelled some of my plan yesterday, a beautiful sunny day!

No follow through from Nicolas, asked for updates twice only got a call at 4:00P.M. stating car was ready. Unfortunately my car was not fixed so I dropped my car off from 8-4 for an oil change only. My original trouble lights to come on as soon as I got home. I thought I had explained the issue well enough but apparently not. I don’t know how else to explain the issue and I don’t think you should hire a tech that thinks an obd2 reader will cause the ABS to not function. Thoroughly disappointed in the whole process.

My appointment was at 315 and i didn’t leave until 515. Other people with the same service was leaving long before i got my vehicle. Will NOT come back to this joke of a dealership.

Honor appointment times. I had an appointment for 11:15 am and my vehicle has not brought back until almost 1pm. Then once I asked for an eta they finally brought it back. I was at the dealership for almost 3 hours for a simple oil change

The service on my vehicle is always fine when I have to go to Toyota. But I dread going there because I know they’re going to take much much longer than my quoted time. Luckily this time I was only there 30 minutes over my quoted times. And that’s only because I went and complained and the technician was told to hurry up. Like I said, the service is fine. But I dread every time I have to go because I know they have subpar time management and I end up losing half my day.

About 3 services ago my the hub was never put back on after a tire rotation. I’ve asked repeatedly to have it put back on. I was told recently the service department would split the cost of 119.00. Why would I split the cost of a part that was never put back on my vehicle?

Rebecca has been great every time I took my Sequoia to Toyota of Puyallup. Always with a bright smile and very professional. She has answered all my questions and concerns for my Sequoia and made sure all the work was done on time. Rebecca is the best and I wouldn’t mind if she was my service rep on future maintenance for my Sequoia. Thanks Rebecca
