I appreciated the fact Jacob provided a loaner car when Enterprise was behind schedule and I had to get to work.
I got my rear brakes done for me guys. I am now having severe shaking when I’m going downhill in my steering wheel. I brought it up yesterday when I took my car in for an oil change and they said that they would check it out. No one came and talk to me when my car was finished I had to ask the cashier about my brakes myself, and what they said about them, they said to diagnose the problem that I would need to pay $100 for the diagnostic fee even though you guys did the original work I will not be back I will take my money elsewhere to a shop that stands by their work.
The service was not done completely. Please call me as soon as you open this morning. The bolts from the skid plate are missing and this is not the first time. The radiator fluid is at the minimum level. Not happy with this kind of half service provided with a full charge for it.

I am not satisfied with the work done to my car I asked for 5 percent tint and received maybe 35 percent and didn’t get the sun visor on the front windshield
