I came in 2 weeks ago for an oil change and I notice my Highlander was leaking oil! So I had to bring back SUV back in and was told they forgot to add the washer! I am so glad I pay attention because I would have ruined my engine! They said sorry and that was it??? Really I paid good money and that’s it sorry? I should have gotten at least a free oil change the next time I came in!

Great service on my 1999 Solara! I am keeping my car and 2001 Toyota Tundra. I cannot afford a new car and my truck and Car are in good condition thanks to Toyota of Puyallup!

Air filters wear marked as clean but qere very dirty. I have ordered some to take the place of the ones that weren't replaced. There were several other sloppy things which I have sent to your email.

I was scheduled for an oil change and for a recall to be done, however they didn’t tell me upfront that it would be several hours to do the recall. I now have to go back again on my day off to wait to have it done! Very inconvenient. My other complaint is they supposedly did an oil change, however never put a sticker on my windshield to inform me of my next. I feel that your service has gone down from when I purchased my truck there in 2019.

Sophia took care of the basics upon check in. My satisfaction was with Stacy while picking up my vehicle. She tracked down three questions/issues I asked about, providing thorough details. I really appreciated her diligence and professionalism. I can tell she really cares about the customer.

The decor itself was satisfactory. However I made it clear when I made the appointment that I had a certain timeframe to be done and was assured that it would be. When I checked in I was told that it would be half hour longer than usual and that Saturdays they are typically short staffed. Due to this I was late to another appointment. If Saturdays are typically short staffed I would have liked to know that when I made the appointment. I do understand being short staffed- I deal with that at work all of the time. But the response was that bc it was a Saturday that was pretty normal. The employee hat checked me in was kind, but indifferent.
