The service writer asked if I wanted the car washed after the service and I said yes, the car wasn’t washed and the paper floor mat was still in the car. The service writer wasn’t even the person that talked to me after the service was done.

The oil panel cover under my car was apparently not well secured after my service in February. It came open and got dragged everywhere I drove. When I had my summer tires put back on, I was told about the door panel. I came in last week for service and discussed this with the person one signs in with. Later I was informed the service manager would not replace the damaged panel cover but just secured the door. I fail to see how the unsecured door damage is not totally your responsibility and should have been replaced without charge. How am I wrong?

My service experience was ok, just not as great as usual. I know it was busy, but I sat patiently waiting for two and a half hours for my service to be completed. I was told at check-in that it would be an hour and a half, so I was surprised when it took so much longer than usual for my oil change/5,000 mile service to be finished. Sometimes someone will come by and say my car will be finished soon or whatever, but there was no additional communication this time. Then the cashier seemed distracted and bothered when I asked for my punch card to be punched. I had to look around to the side of the building for my car, then I noticed that the hood wasn't even closed tight. It wasn't a big deal, but I guess I was just a bit frustrated by this point and then disappointed that I didn't receive the overall friendly service I usually get here from start to finish.
Jacob was the epitome of excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and communicative in terms easily understood. I was highly impressed and very satisfied with this service experience.
