This was my first time ever bringing in a vehicle to be serviced and I am so happy with my experience!! Everyone was incredibly friendly, didn’t treat me different even though it was obvious it was my first time, and service was quick and painless!
Job well done however I still haven't recieved my second key fob and I purchased this vehicle last November of last year

The headliner was ripped while in your care. The stain was also left behind. There’s a new hole to one of the interior doors. It was not washed before I got it back like was offered to me. I went 5 weeks without a loaner when I was told I would get a call if one came available
We are so glad that we change dealership to do service for our car. Toyota of Puyallup has better customer service than Larson. The employees are extremely professional, accommodating, fast, and efficient from the time we make our appointment on the phone, check in our car, text updates, to pick up after the service.
