He was kind but I felt completely blind sighted by the $15k of repairs that seemed to have sneaked up with no explanation or reason. I've had my van serviced here for years and dont understand how "all of a sudden" my van is in such bad shape.

The recommended fix was an oem part. However, that oem part was unavailable for my vehicle. So no fix was possible.
The service department always states oil change and tire rotation. Never rotate tires and never even check psi. Been going on for yrs. If not included, please just say so. I have 2 Toyota's that I have serviced there.
