I didn’t know my last Toyota care oil change could expire and had to pay full price for my oil change. Also, every car that was brought around had been washed. When I asked why mine wasn’t washed she said “you didn’t ask”. Had I known I was supposed to ask, I would have. I was looking forward to my free oil change and car wash and got neither. I won’t be going here for my next oil change. Customer service should be a priority for you if you want customer satisfaction.

The check-in receptionist was unpleasant. She looks like didn’t want to be there nor does she want to do her job. 45 min past the promised finish time and I had to physically ask to get my car when it was done and parked outside.

I took in my rav four with some censer issues and they took care of it after some looking around couldn’t find anything wrong ..didn’t charge me for their time and sent me home ……everything was great
