Chance was great. Not his fault whatsoever. I was quoted 1 day to complete my job. This turned into 2. Then 3. Then I called and was told another week and a half. That’s utter **** if you ask me. Upon picking up my vehicle, my multipoint inspection clearly wasn’t done as I had low fluids. To add insult to injury, I paid to have my cabin air filter replaced and it wasn’t. I pulled it out myself and it was filthy. Your dealership is a sham.

This was a diagnostic appt for a check hybrid system message. The tech showed me the printout of the individual cells. He also informed me that I had a nail in my tire. When I checked out I was given a brief one page report for my visit. I was not given the diagnostic workup information. It did not even say anything about the nail.That is like a doctor telling you your blood work is abnormal and not giving details for your records.

Chance was great under the circumstances. The tech dislodged the glove box hinge looking at the cab filter and I was advised I needed a $600 repair just to get it open again. The serv Mgr and I took a look and it and we got it back on it's hinge again. Chance was very apologetic.

Hello, I was unsatisfied with my service on Tuesday 03/11/25. I was originally just bringing my car in for its regular 5,000 mile maintenance. My appointment should have only been around 30 to 45 minutes. I was there for over 2 hours. One of the other issues we wanted checked was a rattle in the drivers side door. I explained where the rattle in the door was located. He told me this could take up to 4 hours. We agreed to still have it checked and would wait in the waiting room. When we were checking out, he told us they took the car for a 10 mile drive to see if they could hear the rattle. He said since the mechanic didn't hear the rattle after 2 hours, they never even opened the door panel to even take a look. First of all, I never authorized or was told they were removing my car from the Toyota premises without my knowledge. Instead of wasting all that time and my gasoline, the mechanic should have come out to me. I could have explained to the mechanic where to check for the rattle so he could open the driver's door panel to see if anything was loose. I would have told him that he may not hear the rattle just driving on a smooth road for 10 miles. Sometimes it rattles on smooth surfaces, but most of the time on rougher concrete roads. The mechanic should have consulted with me first before going on an unauthorized 10 mile drive. He could have spent his time looking behind the door panel to see if he saw anything loose to fix or just tightened up screws. Then, I could have checked everything out by doing my normal driving to see if I hear the rattle anymore. He didn't just go around the block, he took it for 10 MILES. What if my car would have been hit??? After 2 hours and 15 minutes, we finally went up to check on how much longer our car was going to take. The keys were laying on the service counter, but the paperwork was missing. We are not sure how long the keys had been sitting there. They could never find the paperwork and eventually had to reprint it. I was wondering how long had my car been finished without them coming out and notifying me. Also, I had a new windshield put in by Speedy Glass in 10/23. I just wanted the camera calibration checked because it was missing some speed signs. The man who checked me in said it would be $250, so better to take it back to Speedy Glass. We decided not to have Toyota check it. When I bought my car in 2023, I thought I had paid for a full electronic warranty package. Is this not covered by my warranty? Mark Y
